2 cups Minute rice
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen peas and carrots
1 can French onion soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 large can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (3 ½ - 4 lb) cut up chicken pieces
¼ tsp pepper, paprika, poultry seasoning, thyme leaves and garlic salt

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9” baking pan with cooking spray. Mix together first 6 ingredients a pour into prepared pan. Place chicken pieces on top and sprinkle with seasonings. Cover with foil and bake for 1 - 1 ½ hour or until chicken is done.
