6-8 large red potatoes, with skins on
3/4 cup blue cheese, more or less to your taste
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green onion
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chives, sliced boil eggs, garnish

Cut and boil potatoes and allow to cool. Combine the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Add the dressing to the potato mixture. Stir and then top garnishes. Refrigerate before serving.
