2 (3 oz) pkgs ramen noodles, chicken flavored seasoning
2 tbsp creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp dried chopped chives (optional)
1 tbsp sesame oil
Diced carrots, if you have them
Finely chopped peanuts or sesame seeds for garnish
Note: The seasoning is extra salty, but in this recipe would be diluted with other ingredients. You can add only half the pkg for flavor if you prefer.
Pour boiling water over noodles and add seasoning pkgs. Drain when noodles are tender. Stir in peanut butter, chives, sesame oil, diced carrots and top with chopped peanuts. Eat at room temperature, or put in ice chest for cold salad. Makes 2-4 servings.
