13/4 cups chicken both
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Combine broth, soy, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder & red pepper in a shallow nonmetallic dish. Add chicken & turn to coat well. Cover & refrigerate 1 hour. Remove chicken from marinade to a platter.

Meanwhile heat grill using direct method, when coals are ready grill chicken 15 minutes or until done, turning & brushing often with reserved marinade. Remove from grill to a new (clean) platter. Serve any remaining reserved marinade with chicken.
