8 jumbo prawns, peeled, and deveined with tails on
1 cup favorite bbq sauce, divided (I use Jack Daniels)
8 lime or lemon peel twists

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Skewer prawns on soaked wooden skewers and grill for 5-10 minutes and brush with half the sauce while grilling. Remove from grill; when cool, remove from skewers.

Fill 8 shot glasses about halfway full with sauce and then place 1 prawn in each shot glass, tail sticking out. Garnish with twists.
