4 each rib-eye steaks
3/4 cup beef stock
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
1/4 cup Monterey Steak Seasoning
4 tbsp cornstarch
Grill steaks as desired. Bring beef stock, steak seasoning, brown sugar, and the whiskey to a boil in a saucepan. Add cornstarch. When sauce thickens, pour over steaks and serve with baked potato and salad.
