12 oz bacon, chopped
6 clove garlic, minced
12 oz linguini, cooked al dente, drained
3 eggs
1 cup Romano cheese
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
1/4 tsp pepper and nutmeg
3 tbsp minced fresh parsley

Saute bacon with garlic in a large skillet until crisp. Add mixture to cooked pasta over medium heat; push to the edge. Break eggs in center and scramble eggs, stir into linguini and toss with cheese. Pour in half-and-half and cook until liquid is absorbed, stirring constantly. Add pepper and nutmeg. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 6
