9 cups frozen hash browns
2 cups half-and-half
3 oz butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Grated parmesan cheese
Paprika

Bring half-and-half to a boil in saucepan. Add potatoes, butter, salt and pepper. Simmer until it thickens. Pour into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika. Broil in oven to brown, or bake at 350 until bubbly. Serves 8
