1 (8 oz) pkg bow tie pasta or fusilli, cooked al dente, drained
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 small red onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen peas, thawed, drained
1 yellow or red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 (8 oz) container soft cream cheese with chives and onion
Salt and pepper, to taste

While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a skillet and add chicken, onion and garlic. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Add peas and bell pepper; stir-fry for 4 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in broth and cream cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until cream cheese is melted. Add drained pasta and stir in combine; mixing lightly. Season with salt and pepper. Serves 4
