CHARBROILED VEGETABLES

Category: Sides

Green, yellow and/or red bell pepper
Asparagus
Pearl onions
Grape tomatoes
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

About 1/2 hour before grilling, cut vegetables and soak in a small amount of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Place directly on hot fire and cook just enough to grill the edges. Baste with oil and vinegar at the end of cooking. Season with salt and pepper.
