DARK CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM SAUCE

4 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped
4 oz heavy cream
4 oz butter
2 oz favorite liqueur, optional
4 tbsp sifted cocoa powder, optional

In a saucepan, boil cream and pour over chopped chocolate. Stir until chocolate is melted and ingredients form a smooth paste. Add butter and whisk until blended. If using liqueur and coco, add and blend well.

NOTE: Can be stored in refrigerator or frozen.
