3 tbsp Hungarian paprika
2 tsp seasoned salt, pepper, garlic powder and green peppercorns
1 tsp mustard, thyme, allspice, coriander, oregano, cayenne
1/2 tsp chili powder

Grind ingredients until fine and combined well. Hand rub marinated on washed and dried rub several hours up to several days before smoking or cooking.
