PIG PICKIN CAKE

Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, reserve juice
1/2 cup water

Frosting:
1 (9 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, reserve juice
1 small box instant vanilla serving

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 4 cake pans. Mix all the cake ingredients together in a mixing bowl and add the water slowly. Pour into the cake pans and bake 34-45 minutes or until tested done. Cool completely before frosting.

Frosting: Stir all ingredients together. Frost cake between layers and on top. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
