1 cup whipping cream, beating to stiff peaks
1 (7 – 7 1/2 oz) jar marshmallow cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
In a bowl, beat marshmallow cream, cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Line miniature muffin pans with paper cups. Spoon in mixture. Set uncovered pans in freezer 15-20 minutes (set timer). Remove and wrap well and immediately place back in freezer. Remove from freezer a few minutes before serving.
