1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 (2 oz) jar sliced pimientos, drained
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
2 tbsp snipped chives
1 tsp dill weed
Combine ingredients in a bowl and toss in dressing. Serve chelled on a bed of greens and additional chives on top. Serves 4-6
