20 oz chicken broth
18 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 cups orzo
1 1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed
3 oz grated parmesan cheese

Pour broth and water into a Dutch oven. Add chicken and orzo; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 12 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the peas, 1/2 cups cheese, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Place in bowls and top with a bit of fresh parmesan cheese. Serves 6
