8 oz pkg corkscrew pasta, cooked al dente, drained
1 jar artichoke hearts, undrained and chopped
1 can drained black olives
Vegetables of your choice: broccoli, frozen peas, thawed, green onions, cherry tomatoes, etc
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Italian dressing
In a large bowl, mix together artichoke hearts with liquid with the mayonnaide and Italian dressing. Toss in remaining ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight, mixing occasionally. NOTE: Must sit overnight in order for it to soak in the dressing.
