1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp dried basil
1/4 cup red or white wine
1/2 small onion, chopped

Blend ingredients ina blender for 20 seconds. Place in a resealable bag and use for vegetables, fish, beef or chicken

NOTE: Marinate thin fillets or seafood approximately 15 minutes, 1 hour for vegetables, 3 hours for chicken. Remove from marinade and grill to desired doneness.
