1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch strips
2 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 1/3 cup uncooked orzo pasta
1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1 tsp dried rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp salt
2 medium zucchini, cut lengthwise into fourths and then cut crosswise
3 plum tomatoes, cut into fourths and sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped

Spray skillet with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Stir-fry chicken about 5 minutes or until browned. Stir in garlic, pasta and broth. Heat to boilinger; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 8 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes; stirring once; until bell pepper is crisp-tender and pasta is tender. Serves 4
