24 chicken wing drummettes
1 cup soy sauce
3 tsp sugar
1/4 cup white wine
2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger

Mix ingredients in a resealable and marinate overnight, turning occasionally. Bake on a Marinate wings in dressing and add 1 tbsp hot sauce, or to taste, tossing bag and marinate 3-4 hours or overnight in refrigerator; tossing once or twice to coat. Bake at 350, 45-60 minutes or until fork tender, turning occasionally.
