24 chicken wings, disjointed

Marinade
1/2 cup loigh soy sauce and white wine
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp vegetable oil

Seasoned crumbs
Melted butter

Combine marinade in a resealable bowl. Add wings and marinate for 1 day, covered, in refrigerator. Drain and discard marinade. Bake at 400 for 20 inutes. Cool until easy to handle. Roll in seasoned crumbs and bursh with butter. Bake an additional 10 minutes until brown.
