1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1/2 lb fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
6 fresh basil leaves
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Scoop out and discard pulp of cherry tomatoes. Invert tomatoes onto papertowesl to drain.

In food processor, combine the next 4 ingredients; cover and process until blended.

Cut a hole in the corner of a resealable plastic bag. Fill with cheese mixture. Turn tomatoes over; drizzle with vinegar. Pipe cheese mixture into tomatoes. Refrigerate until serving.
