DRY RUB SPICE

1/2 cup paprika
3 tbsp cayenne pepper
5 tbsp pepper
1/3 cup garlic powder, onion powder and salt
1 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
2 1/2 tbsp dried thyme

Combine ingredients in a pine jar; shake to mix. Label and store in a cool dry place up to 3 months.

Use for any type of meat by rubbing desired meat with a little bit of olive oil and sprinkle with rub, pressing firmly into meat with hands. Grill over medium heat.
