1 (12 oz) pkg fresh cranberries
1/2 cup good quality balsamic vinegar and sugar
1 tsp nutmeg, ground cinnamon cayenne pepper and cumin

In a medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, combine cranberries, vinegar and sugar; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in nutmeg, cinnamon, cayenne, and cumin; simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until mixture is very thick, stirring frequently. Cool and refrigerate until served.
