SIZZLING SUMMER STEAKS

Category: Steaks - Beef

2 lbs top round steak, cut 1 1/2 inches thick

Marinade
1/2 cu lime juice
3 tbsp minced green onions and water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
3 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste

In a small bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Place steak and marinade in a resealable bag, turning to coat. Refrigerate 6-8 hours or overnight; turning occasionally. Remove steak from marinade.

Prepare grill for medium heat. Place steaks on grill and cook, covered, 25-28 minutes, turning occasionally. Transfer to a carving board and let rest at least 5 minutes befores carving crosswise into thin slices. Serves 6-8
