3 tbsp olive oil
3 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin, cut into cubes
1 (16 oz) can mushrooms with liquid
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
3/4 cup red wine

In a large skillet, heat oil and brown beef with garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 30 minutes or until beef is tender. Add additional wine if necessary. Serves 4
