5 oz semi-sweet chocolate
2 oz unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup sour cream
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 egg, room temperature
1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
5 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 400. Grease a muffin pan. Melt first 3 ingredients in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Whisk sour cream and next 4 ingredients into chocolate; set aside.
Mix together dry ingredients. Mix in 1 cup chocolate chips and make a well. Add chocolate mixture and stir just until blended. Spoon mixture into cups. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan to cool on a wire rack.
