2 envelopes unflavored gelatine
1 cup cold milk
1 cup milk, heated to boiling
2/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp instant coffee, creame de cacao and Irish whiskey
1 cup heavy cream and ice cubes
Whipped cream and chocolate curls, garnish
Sprinkle unflavored gelatine over cold milk in an electric blender; let stand 3-4 minutes. Add hot milk and process at low speed until gelatine completely dissolves, about 2 minutes. Add sugar, coffee powder, and next 3 ingredients; process on high until blended. Add ice cubes, one at a time, process on high until ice is melted. Pour into 6 (6 oz) coffee mugs or dessert dishes; refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Garnish. Serves 6
