2 tbsp whiskey and sugar
1 tsp confectioners sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream, very cold
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup coconut macaroon cookies, crushed
Chill bowl and beaters before using. Crush cookies and set aside. Mix ingredients except cookies. Beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in by hand 3/4 cup crushed cookies. Spoon into dessert glasses Sprinkle with additional cookie crumbs. Serve immediately.
