1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, chopped onion and green or red bell pepper
2 tbsp butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 oz) pkg egg noodles, cooked
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
3 cups cubed ham
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted

Saute vegetables in butter. Stir in soup and sour cream. In a buttered casserole dish, layer 1/3 each: noodles, cheese, ham and 1/2 the sauce; repeat layers once (the third layer will consist of noodles, ham and cheese only. Saute breadcrumbs wint butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350.
