1 tbsp cornmeal
1 1/2 cups baking mix
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp boiling water
1 (16 oz) can refried beans, optional
1/2 lb ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tsp chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes, chopped and drained
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies, drained


Garnish
Additional shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream


Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 12 inch pizza pan; sprinkle with cornmeal. Stir baking mix and water until dough forms, turn onto surfaces dusted with baking mix. Roll in baking mix to coat. Shape into a ball; knead 10 times. Press evenly onto the bottom and sides of pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Spread beans, if using, over shell. Cook beef and next 4 ingredients in a skillet, stirring occasionally, until beef if browned; drain. Stir 3/4 cup cheese, tomatoes and chilies into beef mixture. Spoon onto crust; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.
