2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 1/2 cups chunky salsa
1 pizza crust
1/2 cup red pepper strips
1 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
Shredded pizza or Mexican cheese


Brown chicken in a skillet until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Stir in salsa. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes. Spoon chicken mixture over crust; sprinkle with pepper and cilantro. Top with cheese. Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
