HAM AND CHEESE PIE

1 pkg crescent rolls
1 cup chopped ham
2 cups monterey jack or cheddar, shredded
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
2 egeen onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, pressed
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp salt, pepper and oregano

Preheat oven to 325. Separate crescent rolls and separate into 8 triangles. Fit 5 into a 9 inch pie plate, pressing firmly edges together to seal.

Arrange chopped ham over bottom of crust. Sprinkle with cheese; combine remaining ingredients and pour over cheese.

Cut remaining dough into strips, placing on top of pie in a criss-cross fashion. Bake on lower rack for 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
