1 lb bulk hot sausage
1 bag O’Brien hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 tsp Cajun spice
1/2 tsp garlic powder and onion powder
1 can cream of celery and cream of potato soups
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Precook sausage and break up; drain the grease. Mix the sausage with the remaining ingredients ingot a large bowl and place into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 50 minutes.
