1 lb small to medium mushrooms
2 (19 oz) envelopes chicken broth packets
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup sour cream
6-8 drops hot pepper sauce

Preheat oven to 350. Wipe mushrroms dry and place in a 2 quart casserole. In a saucepan, combine next 4 ingredients. Gradually stir in water until mixture is smooth. Add 1 tbsp chives. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Pour over mushrooms. Cover and bake until mushrooms are tender, about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and stir in sour cream. Garnish with chopped chives. Serves 6
