1 lb mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed (reserve for another use)
1/2 cup fresh great crumbs, grated Swiss and parmesan cheeses
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese and chives
Grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp minced parsley
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup cream, approximately
Paprika

Preheat oven to 350. Brush caps with melted butter; place on a cookie sheet. Combine next 8 ingredients and add enough cream to bind the mixture together. Mound the filling into each cap and sprinkle with paprika and grated parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese has melted and tops is beginning to brown. Serve at once.
