8 large mushrooms, wiped clean, stems removed
1 tbsp chopped chives
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp lemon pepper

Place caps in a shallow pan. Chop stems finely and combine with remaining ingredients. Stuf caps with mixture and bake at 450 for 8-10 minutes. Serve hot.
