2 medium apples, cored, peeled and diced
1/2 cup Coca Cola
2 tbsp vinegar, brown sugar and bacon drippings
1 tsp salt
1/2 to 1 tsp caraway seeds
Pepper, to taste
In a pan, mix ingredients together. Cover and simmer until the cabbage is tender, about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 4
