2 lbs flounder fillets
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese, grated
Chopped parsley and paprika

Arrange fillets in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Pour butter over top and bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 300. Heat soup and pour over fish. Spirnkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
