*TEXAS CRABGRASS*

1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 lb fresh crabmeat
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

In a skillet, melt butter and saute onions and spinach for 4-5 minutes. Add crabmeat and cheese. Heat and serving in a chafing dish with crackers to toasted pita chips.
