SMOKED SALMON SPREAD

Category: Spreads -- Cold

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
3 oz smoked salmon
2 tbsp heavy cream
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp horseradish, or to taste
Pepper, to taste

Serve on 1 seedless cucumber, sliced thin
Dill, garnish
Crackers

In a food processor, pulse ingredients until smooth. Place into a serving bowl on a platter with cucumber and dill garnish. Serve with crackers.

NOTE: For a pretty presentation, place mixture on a wax-paper lined pan and top with another sheet of waxed paper then roll to about a 1/2 inch thickness. Press on cookie sheet for about 5 minutes. Spray inside cookie cutters with cooking spray. Remove top wax paper from spread and use cookie cutter to cut into shapes.

This spread is also goo piped on the crackers and cucumber slices and garnished with dill. Serve with red pepper, capers or chopped red onion.
