1 (12 oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup flaked coconut
Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan; blend until smooth; set aside.
In another pan, melt butter. Remove from heat and add brown sugar; add eggs; mix well. Blend in remaining ingredients. Spread half the dough on an ungreased jelly-roll pan. Spread chocolate mixture over dough in the pan. Drop top of chocolate mixture with remaining dough. Swirl slightly with tip of knif. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
