1 oz (2 tbsp) peach schnapps and rum
3/4 cup water, white wine and champagne
1 cup peach nectar or peach juice
2 tsp powdered sugar
2 cups crushed ice
4 tbsp blueberry or raspberry infused vodka, see note

Place first 6 ingredients in a blender and pulse to mix. Add 2 cups of crushed ice and process until ice is finely ground (do not add more ice; mixture will be more liquid than frozen at this point). Pour into a shallow plastic container and freee up to 2-3 hours, stirring once every hour. Serve with infused vodka swirled in. Makes 4 servings.

NOTES: Use a pure peach juice, not a blend. To infuse vodka, pour 1/2 cup vodka over 1/4 cup frozen berries and let rest at room temperature for 2-3 hours, then drain vodka and use, discarding fruit.
