7-10 medium size potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
Salt and pepper, to taste

Soak potatoes in cold water with a pinch of salt. Mix soup and milk until smooth. In a large baking dish, layer potatoes with soup mix, cheese, salt and pepper between each layer. Top with loose cheese and bake, covered, at 325 for 1 hour and, uncovered, for 1 hour.
