3 oz each cream cheese, cubed, shredded cheddar and Swiss cheeses
1 tbsp flour
3/4 cup white wine and water
1/8 tsp garlic salt
Dash cayenne pepper

Pour water into fondue base and heat. Toss cheeses with flour and pour wine into base and heat until bubbles rise. Gradually stir in cheeses, by the handful, stirring until melted. Beat with a whisk until blended. Add seasonings, to taste. Serve with sourdough bread cubes.
