1 pint oysters with liquor
1 pkg soda crackers
3 tbsp butter
1 small onion, grated
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup heavy cream

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole with 1 tbsp butter. Crumble 3/4 pkg of crackers and spread evenly on bottom of casserole dish. Place oysters on top and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated onions and top with remaining crumbled cracker crumbs. Pour oyster liquor into a 1 cup measure and add cream to fill. Pour the liquid uniformly on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
