1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 or 2 jalapenos, chopped and seeded
1 tbsp chopped garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 lbs Velveeta, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
2 cup medium salsa
Tortilla chips

Cook first 6 ingredients; drain fat in small bowl. Add beef mixture to crock pot and put on medium setting. Keep hot. Add cubes of chse, soup and milk; stir to combine. Add salsa to mixturea and keep warm for 1/2 hour or longer before serving. Serve with chips.
