3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp packed brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ground mustard and paprika
1/2 to 1 tsp salt
1/8 to 1/4 tsp pepper
2 lbs pork spareribs
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Place first 9 ingredients in crock pot. Cut ribs into serving size and remove silver skin. Brown in skillet in oil. Transfer to crock pot and cover. Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or until tender. Serves 4
