1 1/2 lbs fish fillets, haddock or cod; cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 lb bacon, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 cup chopped green onions with tops
1 cup potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper and Old Bay Seasoning
1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk

In a skillet, saute bacon and onionuntil golden. Drain and put into crock pot with fish. Add remaining ingredients except milk. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-9 hours or or on HIGH for 3 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender. Add milk during last hour. Taste for additional seasoning.
