1 baked deep dish pie crush
2/3 cup boiling orange juice
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (3 oz) pkg orange gelatin
1 cup vanilla cream, softened
1 cup whipped topping, thawed
Dissolve gelatin in boiling orange juice. Add ice cream by spoonfuls, blending until dissolved. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in oranges. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into pie shell and freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving.
